AMERICAN DREAM LOAN FUND
FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYERS LOAN FUND FOR DAY SCHOOL TEACHERS

JFLA is proud to offer two exciting loan programs to assist individuals and families with the purchase of their first home. The American Dream Loan Fund, established through a grant from Countrywide and The Jewish Federation, assists recent emigres of all faiths with the purchase of their first home in the United States. Established with a grant from the Jewish Community Foundation, the First-time Homebuyers Loan Fund for Day School Teachers offers assistance to Jewish day school teachers throughout Southern California to help ease the financial burden of a first-time home purchase. Both funds provide interest-free loans of up to $15,000 for closing costs, basic home improvements and moving expenses. To date, over $120,000 has been distributed to individuals and families purchasing their first-time home in Southern California. If you or someone you know is a recent emigre or Day School teacher in need of a loan for a first-time home purchase, please contact 323-761-8830 or info@jfla.org.
