KOPELOVE HOME HEALTHCARE LOAN FUND
Many Californians continue to have difficulties accessing home healthcare services due to lack of insurance, limited coverage provided by insurance companies and decreased expenditures by Medicare which may cause a critical gap in their care and negatively alter their recovery. To address this problem, JFLA established the Kopelove Home Healthcare Loan Fund, now in its sixth year, to meet community needs by providing interest-free loans on a non-sectarian basis to un- and under-insured individuals and families in Greater Los Angeles County who are recovering from surgery, illness or injury. To date, 224 loans (over $900,000) have been granted to assist people with the cost of nurses and in-home care providers, respite for caregivers, durable medical equipment and home improvement expenses to allow wheelchair access. If you or someone you know is in need of a loan for home healthcare, please contact
(323)761-8830 or info@jfla.org.

THANK YOU JFLA
“I want to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to you all. The loan you gave me allowed me to enroll in a Master’s degree program at the University of Phoenix. With my MBA, I will be able to provide better for my 3 year old daughter and finally have some financial security. I deeply thank you.”

“You listened to me when I spoke out of dire need. You extended your helping hands when no one else was able or willing to. To me, you are more than an organization, you are my individual friends. Thank you very much.”
