They had undergone several fertility treatments, leaving them with in vitro fertilization as the last treatment to undergo, and no more savings with which to attempt this procedure. They were approved for an interest-free loan from JFLA, and shortly thereafter called to let us know that Julie was pregnant. Rachel became JFLA’s first in vitro baby. Select this e-card	Jack Jack’s car windshield had recently been smashed by vandals, leaving him unable to drive to work. Since he could not afford the cost of repairing the windshield, he was frustrated and feared losing his job. A friend referred him to JFLA. He was thrilled to learn JFLA could offer him an interest-free loan to repair his windshield and get back to work. The month after receiving his loan, Jack enclosed a note with his first payment, “Thanks for the loan, I got my car fixed and kept my job. With no money or a stable job, she was forced to live in the streets with her two young children. Soon after, she began working at a local restaurant, and within a few months, saved enough money to move into an apartment. However, she could not afford the required security deposit. Her social worker referred her to JFLA for assistance. A loan from JFLA allowed Debbie to provide a safe and nurturing home for her family.
