Launched in 2010, the Green Loan Fund provides loans of up to $5,000 to Los Angeles county area residents of all faiths for environmental upgrades for residences and small businesses.

Loans are available for:

• Purchasing Energy Star appliances
• Insulation
• Drip irrigation systems
• Double pane windows
• & More!

An energy audit conducted free of charge by L.A. Trade Tech is required prior to receiving a loan appointment.  Two CA cosigners required.
