Last year, JFLA established the Brandman Foundation Loan Fund for Nursing Students, providing annual interest-free loans averaging $5,000 to local students of all faiths pursuing degrees or certification in the nursing field. To date, JFLA has distributed 80 nursing student loans, totaling over $410,000, making this fund the fastest growing new loan program at JFLA in the last six years.
