GRANT ANNOUNCEMENT

JFLA is thrilled to announce a recent grant from the Annenberg Foundation to establish a Housing Loan Fund. The generous $100,000 gift allows JFLA to address the surge in housing loan requests by providing interest-free loans averaging $3,000 on a non-sectarian basis to residents of Greater Los Angeles. The fund expands JFLA’s Emergency Loan Program by offering loans for emergency housing assistance to prevent eviction, security deposits for section 8 housing, security deposits for renters, critical living expenses such as gas and electric utility bills, and emergency repairs for homeowners. GENESIS EVENT WRAP UP

On December 9th, Genesis hosted “Merry Christmas, Mrs. Moskowitz,” a script reading of the popular sitcom “Frasier” featuring local acting talent.
