Green Upgrade Loans are not being made during the pandemic.

Launched in 2010, the Green Loan Program offers you the opportunity to make “green' improvements for things like

  • Purchasing Energy Star appliances
  • Insulation
  • Drip irrigation systems
  • Double pane windows
  • Drought tolerant landscaping

Jewish Free Loan has partners with Energy Upgrade California to promote rebates for energy efficient home upgrades and gets a referral bonus for every client who goes through the energy upgrade process. Use the code JFL038 on the Homeowner Action Form.

At Jewish Free Loan, we rely on guarantors instead of collateral to secure your loan. A guarantor is someone who can guarantee to pay back the loan if you do not. A guarantor is at least 25 years old, lives in California and has a credit score of 680 or better. A friend, family member, or employer are examples of a guarantor.
