Jacky Dilfer

Jacky is a commercial lending and SBA real estate lending expert — and she’s also a dedicated leader and trusted advisor, helping each of her clients grow their businesses, create job opportunities and better serve their communities. Her vast experience in commercial lending extends nearly two decades in the San Francisco Bay Area and the Greater Los Angeles area where she has led Business Finance Capital’s rapid growth as the organization’s executive director. In the last decade, Dilfer has arranged more than $5 billion in commercial and SBA loans ($2 billion since 2012), further cementing her position in the lending community as a relied upon business consultant, strategist, and advisor.

The effect of her leadership is demonstrated by the success of BFC and the entire BFC team’s commitment to upholding high business standards, regulatory compliance, and excellent client service.

Deborah Kallick

Deborah is the Vice President of Government and Industry Relations at Cedars-Sinai Health System. In this capacity, for the past 21 years, Deborah has been responsible for coordinating the institution’s efforts to assure that the public policy issues at the Local, State and Federal levels of government which affect the institution are being monitored, addressed and implemented. Issues such as new regulations, regulatory interpretations and legislative matters that affect physicians, hospitals, research, graduate medical education and land use are within her portfolio. Deborah is a registered lobbyist at the State and Federal levels of government.

She is active in numerous civic and community organizations. She currently is the Vice Chair of the Board of Hillel International and the immediate past Chair of the Board of USC Hillel. Additionally, Deborah serves on the Boards of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce, the Los Angeles Business Council, the West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, Hillel 818, Pitzer College (where she is a Life Trustee), The Maple Counseling Center, and the Getty House Foundation.

Deborah received her B.A. from Pitzer College and her MBA from USC.

Jessica Kronstadt

Jessica Kronstadt is a Deputy District Attorney at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office. Ms. Kronstadt is currently assigned to the Sex Crimes Division, where she prosecutes child sexual abuse matters. In July 2021, Ms. Kronstadt was recognized by the Daily Journal as one of its “Top 40 Under 40” lawyers. Ms. Kronstadt received a Distinguished Young Alumna Award from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in April 2019. She currently serves as President of the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles (WLALA). She was recognized as WLALA’s “Changemaker of the Month” in April 2018. She has been acknowledged by Los Angeles Magazine as a “Rising Star” in public interest.

Ms. Kronstadt received her B.A. from Yale University, where she was a member of the Varsity Women’s Volleyball Team. She received her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. After graduating from law school, Ms. Kronstadt worked as a litigation associate at Latham & Watkins and as a staff attorney at Bet Tzedek Legal Services. Ms. Kronstadt also serves on the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s President’s Task Force on Racial and Social Justice. She has served on the Executive Committee of the Criminal Justice Section for LACBA, and as a board member of the California Young Lawyers Association. Ms. Kronstadt is a past Co-Chair of the Young Lawyers Division of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers and a past Executive Committee Member of the Bet Tzedek New Leadership Council. She has run in and successfully completed five marathons and three half-marathons.
