That’s where we come in. JFLA offers zero-interest, zero-fee loans of up to $200,000 to help your organization thrive. Loans are repaid in 36 months, we are here to support your mission without adding financial strain.
Loans are considered on a case-by-case basis. To apply for these loans, your organization must be in Los Angeles, Ventura or Santa Barbara County. JFLA requires at least 1 qualified guarantor for every borrower. Your guarantors must have good credit and steady income.
You will also need to provide the following electronically:
- Formation Document, with all amendments (Organization's Articles of Incorporation or Certificate of Incorporation)
- Governing Document, with all amendments (Organization's Bylaws)
- Good Standing Certificate or Certificate of Status
- An Action of Board of Directors
- Incumbency Certificate
- 501C3 status
- Total contribution for last 3 years
- Operating budget for last 3 years
- Tax ID number
- 990
